Foundation Intelligent Technologies at the Congress of Good Practices
On March 15, 2021, we had the pleasure to take part in the Congress of Good Practices. During our panel, we talked about how to effectively build good habits in the family and help a child find himself in today's reality.

Safer Internet Day - February 9, 2021
On February 9, we celebrated another edition of the Safer Internet Day - this time online. We all spend a lot of time online these days. It's good to know what to do to stay safe online.
So far, we have had the opportunity to participate in person in conferences organized by the Polish Center of the "Safer Internet" Program, this time we also had to be present. 😊 The conference was broadcast from Elektrownia Powiśle, most of the speakers connected remotely. Safety of children online has always been important but now it is a key issue. Not only teaching children has moved to the virtual world, but also meeting friends and family and spending free time.
As part of the conference, meetings were held with specialists in various fields: teachers, psychologists, psychotherapists and doctors. Many aspects were discussed, incl. change in the perception of the virtual world by society over the past year. The psychotherapist explained how the current functioning influences the emotional development of young people. The topic of advantages and disadvantages of TikTok (application that is used by many young people was also discussed). Fundacja Dajemy Dzieciom Siłę presented a short film entitled "The Power of Allies against homophobic peer violence". The conference ended with a short online jazz recital. 🎷🎺

Despite the ongoing pandemic, the Foundation Intelligent Technologies is working on a new solution for families. The result is application Im2be, which will support parents in educational processes and help in the overall development of children.
Foundation Intelligent Technologies 5th Birthday
Today we celebrate the fifth birthday of our Foundation. Over the past 5 years, thanks to the enthusiasm and commitment of many people, we have realised our mission to use modern information technology to create more conscious humans and a better world.
We have conducted many workshops for children and young people as part of the "Intelligence in the Web" project on Internet safety and the proper use of new technologies. We took part in the Safer Internet Day celebrations, in Science Picnics organized by the Polish Radio and Copernicus Science Center, and in school family picnics. Members of our team have repeatedly participated in training courses and conferences on internet security.
We are constantly working on the development of Im2be kids and hope to be able to test the app in September, which will enable a significant number of children and parents to use this innovative digital coaching platform.
We would like to thank everyone who has supported us over the past 5 years, we thank our associates and volunteers. We also thank our Founder - Intelligent Technologies S.A. for great support and help in every situation.

Yesterday, as part of the Safer Internet Day celebration, we visited the group “Motylki” in Kindergarten No. 318 "Zielony Zakątek". By playing with yarn, children learned how the Internet works and what they can do instead of using electronic devices. Most importantly, they know that the time spent together with family, friends, colleagues in the open air or playing "board games" is the most valuable for them. The Internet is good, but you need to use it with caution.

Christmas is a magical time of the year when we want to help others
This year, thanks to the donor - Intelligent Technologies and all employees of the Omega Group, we were able to help a large family from a small village in Mazowsze and an old lady who lives in the village near Mińsk Mazowiecki. Meet the families who received this help from us.
Mrs. Urszula is 65 years old. She has retirement - PLN 850 a month, her only income. This money must be enough to pay bills, buy food and medicine. Considering chronic diseases, i.e. diabetes and hypertension, Mrs. Ula devotes from 80 to 150 PLN per month for medicine. In addition, she has problems with the carpal tunnel and knees. Every day she buys only bread, once a week cold cuts and other basic products. The family is not interested in the fate of women, there is no help from them. She is ashamed to ask for help, even though she has been helping others all her life within her modest possibilities ... Even now, when her neighbor died, leaving the dogs, she feeds them, sometimes does shopping for a disabled neighbor. She is grateful for any help.
Parents - Małgorzata and Stanisław are disabled and bring up 3 daughters. The oldest 26 years old - Ania, Asia -18 years old and Agnieszka 15 years old. Two youngers are still attending school, the oldest is looking for a job. Parents make a living from a small farm and basic social assistance benefits. Despite their disabilities, they try to take care of their daughters and home. Two older daughters are also disabled. They live in a tiny brick house, which is not insulated, therefore it is cold. The house has a kitchen, 2 rooms and a bathroom. Everywhere is very clean and tidy. Householders said that they care as much as they can about the house, and most of the equipment they have got from people, including family and friends. The help they get from the commune is a food program every six months.
The best and biggest reward for us was a smile and thanks from families.

We spent the Tuesday morning at Multikino Złote Tarasy. Again, we talked about cyber security - the topic of the lecture was "How to hack you?". This time high school students were our recipients.
