Privacy policy in Foundation Intelligent Technologies

General information

In connection with the conducted business activity, Administrator collects and processes personal data in accordance with the relevant regulations, in particular with the GDPR and the data processing rules provided for therein. When processing data, the Administrator ensures their security and confidentiality as well as access to information on processing to data subjects.

Data subject – a natural person to whom the personal data processed by the Administrator relates.

Where do we get your data from

We receive personal data from Data Subjects when signing a cooperation agreement and its implementation, during telephone contact, processing applications or preparing offers, and we collect it on the basis of applicable provisions of general law.

Who do we share your personal data with

In connection with the conduct of business that requires the processing of personal data, personal data may be disclosed to the extent necessary, depending on the type, subject and form of our cooperation, to external entities, including in particular entities supporting us in the implementation of the contract those that provide technical, legal, audit support and carry out technical and modernization works on our behalf, suppliers responsible for the operation of IT systems and equipment, entities providing accounting services, postal operators, couriers, marketing and recruitment agencies.

The Administrator reserves the right to disclose selected information about the Data Subject to competent authorities or third parties who submit a request for such information, based on an appropriate legal basis and in accordance with applicable law.

Purpose and legal basis as well as the period of processing your data

We process personal data mainly to ensure the proper implementation of the terms of the contract (Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR), for the purposes of identifying the sender and handling his inquiry or notification (Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR) as well as for purposes required by generally applicable law, e.g. tax and accounting purposes (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR).

When contacting the Administrator in matters not related to the concluded contract or the services provided, the Administrator may request the provision of Personal Data only if it is necessary to handle the case to which the contact relates. In such a case, the legal basis is the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR) consisting in the need to resolve the reported matter related to the economic activity conducted by him.

The Administrator has public profiles on Facebook and LinkedIn. Therefore, it processes the data that visitors of these profiles leave behind (including comments, likes, online identifiers). Personal data of such persons are processed: in order to enable them to be active on profiles; in order to effectively run profiles, by presenting website users with information about the Administrator’s initiatives and other activities and in connection with the promotion of various types of events, services and products; for statistical and analytical purposes; possibly they may be processed for the purpose of pursuing claims and defending against claims. The legal basis for the processing of Personal Data in such situations is the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR), consisting in: promoting your own brand and improving the quality of services provided, if necessary – pursuing claims and defending against claims .

In the scope of optional data, the legal basis for processing is consent (Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR). The consent to the processing of personal data may be withdrawn by the data subject at any time by telephone contact with the Administrator, guardian or in another selected form (letter, e-mail, etc.).

The period of storing your data

The period of data processing by the Administrator depends on the type of service provided and the purpose of processing. The period of data processing may also result from the regulations, when they constitute the basis for processing or consent granted. In the case of data processing on the basis of the legitimate interest of the Administrator – e.g. for security reasons – the data is processed for a period enabling the implementation of this interest or until an effective objection to data processing is raised. If the processing is based on consent, the data is processed until its withdrawal. When the basis for processing is necessary to conclude and perform the contract, the data is processed until its termination.

The data processing period may be extended if the processing is necessary to establish or pursue claims or defend against claims, and after this period – only if and to the extent that it will be required by law. After the end of the processing period, the data is irretrievably deleted or anonymized.

Data subjects rights

Please be advised that at any time you have the right to request the Administrator to exercise your rights in accordance with generally applicable law, including the right to access information on the processing of personal data, access your data, obtain a copy of the data, rectify it, transfer it, delete it, and the right to restrictions on data processing as well as the right to object to processing, withdraw consent and lodge a complaint to the supervisory body (in Poland, the supervisory body is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office).

The administrator does not use automatic systems to profile his clients or potential clients. Your data is also not subject to automatic decision making.

Cookies files

Cookies are – according to Wikipedia – small text information sent by a web server and saved on the user’s side (usually on the hard drive). The default parameters of cookies allow the information contained in them to be read only by the server that created them. Cookies are most often used in the case of counters, probes, online stores, websites that require logging in, advertisements and to monitor the activity of visitors. Purposes of storing and accessing cookies: personalizing the website (for example: remembering the selected font size, choosing the version for the visually impaired or the color version), remembering the user’s data and choices (for example: no need to enter the login and password every time on each subpage, remembering the login when visiting again, remembering the contents of the basket), enabling interaction with social networks, adjusting the advertising content displayed on the website, creating website statistics and statistics of user flow between different websites.

Considering the multitude of technological solutions, it is not possible to provide precise guidelines on how to specify the conditions for storing or accessing cookies using the settings of all available telecommunications end devices and software installed on this device. Nevertheless, in most cases, select the “Tools” or “Settings” option and find the section responsible for configuring cookie settings or for managing privacy while browsing the Internet. Detailed information is usually provided by the manufacturer of the device or browser in the instructions for use or on its website.
